Here is the updates on the Wake commits from last Friday.

DE Zach Anderson - Forest City (NC) Chase HS (3-3) defeated Draughn 28-14.

DE Michael Allen - Sugar Hill (GA) Lanier (3-2) defeated St. Pius X Catholic 26-0. Allen finished 4 tackles, a sack and 2 TFL's.

LB Chase Monroe & 2018 QB Sam Hartman - Davidson Day (NC) (4-1) had a bye week.

DB Avery Showell – Cartersville (GA) (5-0) defeated Cedartown 44-6.



LB Jeffery Burley - Jackson (GA) (3-2) defeated Rutland 39-0. Burley finished with three tackles and an interception returned for a TD.

DT Tyler Williams - West Palm Beach (FL) Oxbridge Academy (5-0) defeated St. John Paul Academy 68-6.

ATH Coby Davis - Washington (DC) Maret School (3-0) defeated Friends (yes, that's the school's name) 53-6.

DB Troy Simon - Alpharetta (GA) Milton (2-2) had a bye week.

LB DJ Taylor - Huntland (TN) (3-3) defeated Lookout Valley 40-16. Taylor didn't have an insane rushing day like he had the previous two weeks, but he still had a 5 rush 79 yard 2 TD game. He also had four tackles on defense.

QB Taylor Powell - Fayetteville (AR) (3-1) lost to Bentonville 24-21. Powerll threw for 196 yards and three touchdowns in the loss on 18-33 passing.

OL Loic Nya - Silver Spring (MD) Springbrook Senior (0-4) lost to Sherwood 43-7.

QB Tayvon Bowers - Harrisburg (PA) Bishop McDevitt (2-3) defeated Hershey 64-6. Bowers had his best game of the season completing 11-for-16 passes for 237 yards and 3 TD's. He had a rushing TD as well.



WR Jaquarii Roberson - Ahoskie (NC) Hertford County (3-3) defeated Currituck County 54-24. Roberson continues to light it up.. He had 11 catches for 146 yards and 2 TD's.



OL Allan Rappleyea - Milton (MA) (3-0) defeated Walpole 38-7.

LB Jake Simpson - Buford (GA) (3-1) defeated International school of Broward 48-0.

RB Christian Beal - Winston-Salem (NC) East Forsyth (5-1) lost their first game of the year against Page, 34-21. Beal had 11 carries for 98 yards and a TD. He also had 6 catches for 101 yards and a TD.

This catch netted him on Sportcenter's No. 2 play on the top ten.




TE Braden Atkinson - Baltimore (MD) Boys Latin School (3-1) defeated St. Mary's 20-13.
