GREENSBORO, N.C. – Second-ranked Wake Forest men’s soccer has earned the No. 2 seed in the upcoming ACC Championship and will host an ACC Quarterfinal game on Sunday, Nov. 6, against either Notre Dame or Duke.
The Demon Deacons won the ACC Atlantic title on Friday night when it tied No. 6 Syracuse 1-1 in New York. The final seeding for the tournament was determined on Saturday night when NC State and Boston College concluded the regular season.
First kick between the Deacs and either seventh-seeded Notre Dame and 10th-seeded Duke is set for Sunday, Nov. 6, at 1 p.m. The opponent will be determined Wednesday night when Notre Dame takes on Duke in Notre Dame, Ind., in the first round of the tournament.
