I was looking back at what I wrote about this potentially historic football recruiting class, and have realized that the Deacs have exactly the same number of commitments now as they had back in mid-October.

I've confirmed this morning (now for the 3rd time) that Autry will not be signing with the Deacs Wednesday. I understand his Twitter statements have been a bit confusing, but I'm confident - Autry will not be a Deac.
Losing Johnson hurt largely because he was the top-rated recruit in the class. Matthew's departure hurt because it was unexpected and the second decommit in the same day.
