WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Wake Forest senior tight end Cam Serigne has been invited to the 93rd East-West Shrine Game to be played Jan. 20, 2018 at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Fla. The game will kickoff at 3 pm and will be broadcast on the NFL Network.

Serigne was a first team All-ACC pick in 2017 after making 35 receptions for 444 yards and eight touchdowns. He set school and ACC records for career receptions and receiving yards by a tight end. His 20 career touchdown receptions are a school record and tied for the ACC career mark by a tight end.

The 6-3, 240-pound senior from Ashburn, Va. (Briar Woods) was a team captain in 2017. With one bowl game remaining, Serigne has 165 career receptions for 1,963 yards and 20 touchdowns.

Cornerback Brad Watson and linebacker Marquel Lee both participated in the 2017 East-West Shrine Game. More than 100 players from last year’s game signed with professional teams in the spring, and more than 70 made final NFL rosters.
