Well, watched my first Wake bb game of the year. Frankly, do not see much difference from last year. Bottom line is the players aren't any good. Coaching might be better under Manning, but until we get some players that can shoot and score we are going to continue to stink.
No one on this team is close to an equal of the good players that we have had in our prime years (1990-1997 / 2001-2010) - guys like Childress, Rodgers, Duncan from '90-'97 and Jeff Teague, Aminu, James Johnson, Ish Smith, Chris Paul, Justin Gray, Eric Williams, Taron Downey, Josh Howard, Darius Songalia, etc. from '01 - '09.
Until we can start recruiting 4* and 5* players again, we are going to stink. Encouraged by the 2 4* bigs Manning has coming in next year. We need to find kids that can shoot the ball.
