Well guys we have a 5 pm tip-off today against I'm assuming a pretty decent Indiana team. We are probably one of the weakest teams in the Maui Invitational Tournament, so we have zero pressure on us to go out, and play loose. The one thing that I would love to see whether we score a point, or not is some damn defense. I get tired of hearing all the excuses about, well, we are short a couple of players so we lack depth. No, it doesn't matter, it's time to roll up our sleeves, and get a little dirty and HUSTLE! That is what the majority of defense is besides technique, and play design, it's just the pure determination that you are going to lock your man down, and he is going to have to go through hell to score a basket. All kids want to do these days is highlight dunk, and score the ball. Hardly any of them want to put any effort into guarding anybody.
