Weird situation here. It was reported by multiple outlets, including Rivals.com, that Rivals250 OL Quarvez Boulware committed to Maryland over the weekend while on campus. Our Maryland site and all the sites that cover Maryland confirmed it as well. However, as you'll see in the video linked below, Boulware claims he did not commit to Maryland and will be taking official visits to Wake Forest (this weekend) and Florida (next weekend). He will be announcing his commitment on Signing Day.
IMO this was a silent commitment gone wrong but until he confirms his commitment we will not list Boulware as a Maryland commitment
