Wake Forest coaches have made secret that they are signing a small 2022 class. They've generally avoided official visits and tried to have kids come on their own to campus in June. As the last week or so has unfolded several targets are no longer on the board

The real remaining action is at DE
DE (0/1-2):
Primary Targets:
Selah Brown (Male-Louisville, KY) Top 10
Pat Caughey (Delbarton School-Morristown, NJ)
Eli Hall (Crest-Shelby, NC)
Gilbert Tongrongua (Forest Park-Woodbridge, VA)
Justin Wallace (Hallandale- Hallandale Beach, FL)

Brown is likely to stay home at Louisville, Hall had a good visit, but was it good enough. Tongrongua seems to be focused on other schools he took OVs to.

COMMITTING SOON
TE- Nate Kurisky (Gonzaga- DC) One of the few TE offers in the 2022 cycle, Kurisky is down to GT and Louisville and will announce this afternoon.
RB- Demond Claiborne (King William, VA) the smart money is on the two in-state schools at the moment. UVA had him in for an OV recently. WF also already has a RB in Tate Carney committed.

COMMITTED ELSEWHERE
OL- Matt Fries (Cranford, NJ) committed to Illinois
S- Miguel Mitchell (Oxford, AL) committed to Vandy
DE- Rashaud Pernell (Highland Springs, VA) committed to VT
CB- Noble Thomas Jr. (University- Orange City, FL) committed to Iowa State

NO LONGER CONSIDERING WAKE
OL- Grayson Morgan (Montgomery Bell Academy-Nashville, TN) focused on four schools not including WF.
CB- JaQuise Williams (Tampa Catholic- Tampa, FL) seems to be focused on in-state schools in Florida plus one or two others, but not WF.
