DEACS AND EAGLES MEET IN REMATCH OF SEASON OPENER
• Wake Forest concludes a two-game ACC homestand by hosting Boston College
• It is the second meeting of the season between the schools, who met in the season opener in Boston
• Over the last 12 games, the Deacs have alternated three-game winning streaks and three-game losing streaks

SERIES HISTORY
• Boston College leads 15-10 (Wake leads 6-5 at home, 6-4 at LJVM Coliseum)
• The Eagles have won the last three meetings in the series
• Boston College won the first meeting this season, 77-70, at Conte Forum in the season opener
• The Eagles won last year's meeting at the LJVM Coliseum
• The Deacs' last win over the Eagles was in the 2017 ACC Tournament in Brooklyn, as Wake completed a three-game sweep of BC that season

THE FIRST MEETING
• Boston College defeated Wake Forest 77-70 in the season opener at Conte Forum on Nov. 6
• The Eagles had an 18-point first half lead before taking a 42-27 lead into halftime
• The Deacs rallied to cut the lead to seven points several times in the second half
Brandon Childress scored a game-high 24 points to lead Wake, while Isaiah Mucius scored a career-high 18 points and Ody Oguama scored 10 points in his collegiate debut

LAST TIME OUT
• Wake Forest fell to Virginia Tech 80-70 on Tuesday night at the LJVM Coliseum
• The Hokies used a strong second half to break open a two-point game at halftime
Olivier Sarr had 18 points, nine rebounds, two assists, two blocks and one steal, becoming the first Deac to lead the team in all five categories in a game since 2016 (Devin Thomas at Duke)

NEXT MAN UP
• Wake Forest has been hit with more injuries and illness this season than in recent years
• The Deacs have had 39 man-games lost due to injury/illness in 2019-20, more than the last three years combined, with five different players missing time
Tariq Ingraham has missed all 16 games this season after an achilles tendon injury suffered in preseason practice, Sunday Okeke has missed the last 14 games after an achilles tendon injury suffered in the home opener vs. Columbia, while Chaundee Brown (4), Sharone Wright, Jr. (4) and Olivier Sarr (1) have also missed time this season due to injury or illness

• On average, Wake Forest is outscoring opponents 27.5-16.0 this season off the bench
• Wake has had eight games this season with at least 30 bench points (just one last year)

• The Deacs' free throw rate of 42.8% (FTA/FGA) ranks 7th nationally and is the highest for a Wake Forest team since 2014-15 (50.1)
Olivier Sarr ranks second in the ACC with 92 free throw attempts, already eclipsing his 2018-19 free throw attempt total (61)
• Sarr's 6.1 FTA/game is the highest rate of getting to the line by a Deacon since 2017 when John Collins averaged 6.7 FTA/game
Olivier Sarr (72) and Brandon Childress (70) rank first and second in the ACC in free throws made this season and are the only power conference teammates to each have at least 70 made free throws this season
• 25.0% of Wake Forest's points this season have come from the line, the second highest percentage nationally
